How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Surgery

How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Surgery

There's no shame in admitting that you want bigger breasts. Although it can be tricky to get bigger breasts without surgery, help is on the way. If you want to have bigger breasts, you can do some breast exercises, try some medical devices, or even work to make your breasts lookbigger, if you want to know how to get bigger breasts without surgery.

Giving Your Breasts a Visual Boost

1

Practice good posture. Some women find that their breasts appear smaller than they actually are when they have a slumped or slouched posture. For an instant boost to your bust line, simply straighten up! Stand up straight, hold your head high, and draw your shoulders back. Keep your neck straight up-and-down — don't let it slide forward. Push your chest out gently as you stand and walk. Now, take a look the mirror. You may be surprised what a difference this simple trick has made!.

2
Wear tops with embellishments over the chest. One often-ignored way to make your breasts appear bigger is simply by wearing clothing that accentuates your natural curves. For instance, any sort of shirt with puffy, frilly, or ruffled material in the chest area can give the illusion that your breasts are larger than they actually are. The same effect can be achieved with well-worn scarves.
  • Another good bet is to wear shirts with horizontal-striped patterns on the chest. For the same reason that people worried about their weight like to avoid wearing these types of clothing, people looking to enhance the size of their chest may want to use these volume-adding patterns.
3
Wear the correct bra size. Wearing a bra that is either too small or too large can leave your breasts appearing smaller than they actually are. Make sure you don't wear a big bra just to make your breast bigger, but wear a bra that allows your breast to lift. On top of this, poorly-sized bras can be just plain uncomfortable! Ideally, bras should support and lift the breasts, not flatten them or allow them to hang loosely. If you think that you may be wearing the wrong bra size, ask for a fitting the next time you go lingerie shopping. Some women who spend years using one size of bra find that after a re-fitting they look (and feel) measurably better.

4
Use a padded or push-up bra. A good padded bra can add noticeable volume to your bust while also making your breasts look perkier. Push-up bras, on the other hand, can add lots of "lift" to your breasts, giving the appearance of a larger, fuller bust. Using these types of bras is a great quick-fix for outfits that go from looking good to great with a slightly larger chest.
  • Though some sources may recommend it, in general, it's a bad idea to wear multiple bras, regardless of the type of bras being used. Though this can make your breasts look a little bigger if it's applied to correctly, it can be awfully uncomfortable and will probably have you spending lots of time adjusting yourself throughout the day.

5
Avoid thin or tight bras. If you are concerned with your breast size, you may want to avoid wearing thin, lacy bras. These bras may look tremendous on lingerie store mannequins, but on real people, they can prove unflattering. Because they can provide little in the way of padding or lift, these types of bras can leave your bust size lacking. Instead, opt for a padded bra or a push-up bra to make the most of your natural size.
  • You'll also want to avoid extra-tight bras like sports bras (unless of course, you're exercising), as they tend to flatten your chest rather than accentuating it. This is great if you're looking to have a hassle-free work out, but not so good if you're trying to maximize your curves.
6
Don't stuff your bra. This middle-school trick can make your breasts look bigger, but it should be seen as an absolute last resort. Using tissue or cloth to artificially add size to your breasts can be quite uncomfortable, especially if this extra material causes you to sweat or irritates your skin. If your extra padding shifts, it can even give your breasts an uneven or lumpy appearance. Also, there's always the chance that, despite your best preparations, your padding falls out or slides up your chest and becomes visible. Because of this, you'll want to avoid stuffing your bra unless you feel that you positively have to.

THE 20 SECRETS ALL WOMEN KEEP

THE 20 SECRETS ALL WOMEN KEEP

Ladies, forgive me as I spill the beans on the weirdly awesome goings on inside the brain of a woman. I have my reasons.
I recently read 5 Secrets From the Man Vault from MSN Living which I found to be equal parts disturbing and fascinating. When I shoved the article under my husband’s nose, he sheepishly admitted guilt to 3 out of the 5 secrets. Which 3 out of 5? He wouldn’t tell…because they were secrets.  .
My estrogen levels soared as I felt the need to trump these 5 secrets with about a billion of my own – but why? I’m guessing it had everything to do with the fact that I was surprised by the man secrets. I always considered men to be the straightforward species. What you see is what you get; no surprises here. Women, on the other hand are a completely different story. We don’t say what we mean, we hear what men don’t say, and above all, possess the uncanny ability to get what we want.
So yeah, I expect secrets from women and unfortunately now, feel slightly suckered by men.
But men, I ain’t mad atcha. How could I be? Especially when women have been keeping these 20 secrets since the dawn of the ages.

 1. We save mementos from past relationships

Trust us, we’re not still pining over that loser who slept with our best friend … but we are saving that sweet love letter he gave us when we were 17. Remnants of our romantic past serve as reminders of how far we’ve come, memories of our younger days, and how good it feels to be loved.

2. We secretly hate you a little…

For not having to push out a baby. We know it’s not your fault, but still.

3. We are mummies

The wires, the tape, the padding, the unbreathable 80% Nylon, 18% Spandex, 2% Cotton blend industrial body shaper. From what’s underneath the dress, to the insoles and toe bandages, we are uncomfortable as hell under all this fabulousness.

4. We have access

DUN DUN DUN! It’s not like we went undercover in some covert operation to uncover your deepest darkest online secrets (unless, of course you gave us reason to). The fact that your password is automatically stored on your computer and you never log out of anything makes it entirely too easy.

5. When we say no gifts…

We’re totally lying. Let there be gifts. Let there always be gifts. While we may swoon over the expensive (doesn’t every girl?), we swoon a million times harder over the thoughtful.

6.  We use Halloween as an excuse

We judge women every day for dressing like hoochies, but when Halloween comes along we give in to the spooky forces of sexy. We blame the night.

7.  We are divalicious

When we’re all alone, we sing and shake our booty with enough awesomeness to make even Beyonce blush.

8.  We pretend…

All sorts of things, including but not limited to: Being interviewed by Conan, having our very own cooking show, and that every single love song is about us (obvs).

9. We take long showers…

To get out of doing stuff like watching the kids, talking to your mother on the phone, and cleaning up the breakfast dishes.

10. We re-enact fights in our heads…

With you, your mother, our mother, and our frenemies where we speak the impossibly clever and win every time. Badass.

11. We spend way too much time…

Scrutinizing our face in a magnifying mirror; I mean really. We know every large pore, sun spot, unruly chin hair, and fine line. We then stay up nights thinking about them.

12. Another name for shopping is…

“Errands.” We have lots and lots of errands.

13. We have girl crushes

Get your mind out of the gutter! Girl crushes involve lusting after a woman’s style, superior genetics, wit, and undeniable charm.

14. When you ask if we’re wearing something new…

We’ll usually say no and act irritated with you for not noticing it before. (Remember to remove the tag, ladies!)

15. We want to be wanted

Grab us, kiss us hard, pinch our butts, send a sext. We’ll pretend we don’t like it but we do. Wereally do.

16. We can be disgusting

We eat peanut butter from a big-ass spoon right out of the jar, cake with our hands, and lick the inside of the empty potato chip bag…like a lady, of course.

17. We’re usually mad at you…

For something, anything really. Estrogen’s an evil bitch.

18. We pretend we’re the female lead in romance movies…

Because we’d make a way better Bella Swan than Kristen Whatsherface.

19. We stalk our ex’s Facebook profiles

Not because we’re still in love but because we hope they age poorly in a sorry life of eternal loneliness.

20. We look at porn

Ok, not porn-porn but mom porn. Christian and Ana? Oh yes…oh…yes…yes!!!!

Massage Therapy For Women

Many women know that massage therapy helps reduce pain and improve relaxation. But you might not be aware that massage for women also provides relief for a multitude of specific health concerns.

Massage therapy is has been shown  to improve flexibility and range of motion, strengthen the immune system and relieve headaches and migraines in women. Research at The Touch Institute of the University of Miami School of Medicine found that massage therapy decreased the occurrence of headaches, sleep disturbances and distress symptoms while increasing serotonin levels in adults with migraine headaches.

For women who are pregnant, there are numerous benefits from prenatal massage therapy. One study at the University of Miami School of Medicine suggests that massage therapy during pregnancy may lower anxiety, decrease back and leg pain, improve sleep quality, and decrease levels of the stress hormone norepinephrine. How to Be a Truly Beautiful Woman

How to Be a Truly Beautiful Woman

"For poise, walk with the knowledge you'll never walk alone" ~ Audrey Hepburn

All women long to be beautiful. All women are beautiful. But we never seem to see it.

We know that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but we forget that we are the beholders. Instead we hope that someone will come and see in us what we cannot see ourselves. We have to believe that beauty is not only in our form, but in our hearts also. Like diamonds, we are and always have been beautiful. And as diamonds we must be willing to be found, to be cut even and to be polished.

Steps:
1
Look first for the beauty in others.

2
Care for yourself. Keep your skin soft and glowing, trim your nails and your hair. People see in your grooming your opinion of yourself. Make an effort always to be at your most attractive but be careful of becoming a slave to looks. Appearance, despite what we are told, is not the most important thing. Think about the people you love most dearly; is it their physical beauty you treasure or the beauty of who they are?

3
Your body is truly a temple, therefore treat yourself with the utmost respect. Eat well, do not overindulge and make your health a priority. Find an activity that you enjoy that will also help you keep supple and strong. There is a crushing pressure to be a certain shape but do not give in to it. Let your body settle into its natural curves and cherish them--believe me when I say that there is beauty in every natural body shape. However, if you know that you are truly obese or underweight, take steps to bring your body to its healthiest weight.

4
Dress beautifully and to enhance your loveliness. Express your personality through your clothing and never allow fashion to dictate your wardrobe. In the same way, wear makeup that reveals your face, that does not mask it. Do not project a you that screams for attention or tries to seduce. Beauty used as a weapon loses its power. Simply let your beauty shine and those with eyes will see it.

5
Poise. Walk with a straight back and let your own grace show through the way you move. Keep your head high--but not too high. Do not be afraid to give a good, firm handshake.
6
Cultivate an interest in the people around you. Take the time to ask how people are. Smile with genuine warmth always and welcome everyone with your eyes. Grow in empathy, learn to feel with people, to simply be with them.

7
Choose your friends carefully. Surround yourself with people who understand you and are devoted to you. At all times be the friend you would wish others would be to you. While you seek out faithful friends, don't exclude others who you might find hard to bear, or even disapprove of. You may never become close friends but you should still show kindness.
8
Show grace. Forgive all wrongs. This doesn't mean what was done to you was right. If you choose to be bitter, you'll be a slave to what someone else thought, said, did.
9
Life is hard and it can be easy to shrink into a shell and just settle for getting by. Choose to feel strongly, even when it hurts. Take courage and live passionately. Be wise in what you do but be willing to take risks in love. Be alive! Be alive! Be alive!
10
Have a sense of humour! Don't take yourself too seriously but do know that are some things that should never be laughed at.

How to Have a Good General Healthy Body

How to Have a Good General Healthy Body

In today’s hectic world that we live in, maintaining our good health is important. It's easy to let stress take center stage and set us up for poor diet and lifestyle choices. Our diet, exercise and behavioral choices can have a significant effect on our health. If you have a poor or unhealthy diet, you may run the risk of weight gain or increased your risk of chronic diseases (like diabetes or high blood pressure). If you're not active regularly, you may also run the risk of gaining weight but also miss out on the many benefits of exercise. If you smoke, don't manage stress or don't sleep well, you again can run the risk of having negative side effects on your health. Maintaining a generally healthy body will require you to make sure you're making healthy choices in a multiple areas of your life.

Methode 1: Practicing Healthy Eating Habits

Monitor calories. To have a generally healthy body, you should try to maintain a healthy weight. If you're overweight, you are not maintaining a generally healthy body.
  • Calories are a unit of measurement. You eat calories from food and that energy is used to fuel your bodily functions and activities throughout the day.[1]
  • If you consume too many calories you may run the risk of gaining weight. If you do not eat enough calories you may lose weight.[2]
  • You may need to change how many calories you eat daily to match your body's needs and to maintain a healthy weight.
Use an online calculator or smart phone app to find out how many calories your body needs. Track calories to see if your current diet meets your needs.
Eat a well balanced diet. Having a well balanced diet is one of the most important parts of maintaining a generally healthy body. Without a balanced diet, it'll be very difficult to maintain proper health.[3]
  • A balanced diet means that you consume foods from each food groups most, if not every day.
  • In addition, you should consume a variety of foods within each food group. Having a wide variety of foods from food groups will allow you to consume a variety of different nutrients.[4]
  • Lastly, a balanced diet means eating the right proportions or servings of each food.[5] If you eat mostly protein foods but very little fruits or vegetables, your diet isn't balanced. Following the appropriate portion sizes of each food group: 3-4 oz (card deck sized) of protein[6], 1 cup vegetables or 2 cups leafy greens[7], 1/2 cup chopped or 1 small piece of fruit[8], and 1 oz or 1/2 cup of grains[9].
  • Balanced your meals and snacks during the day. Aim for 3-4 servings of protein daily, 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables, and 3-4 servings of grains (1/2 being whole).

3
Go for lean protein sources. Protein is an essential nutrient in your diet. It will provide the building blocks for many functions of your body including maintaining lean muscle mass, rebuilding cells and supporting your immune system.[11]
  • Lean protein sources are low in fat and calories. This helps you get in adequate amounts each day without going over your daily calorie limit.
  • Consuming adequate amounts of protein has also been associated with a general healthy body. Some of these include: better management of your appetite and a healthy weight, support healthy cholesterol and lipid levels and better management of diabetes.[12]
  • Leaner protein sources include: poultry, eggs, seafood, lean beef, pork, legumes (nuts and beans) and tofu.
4
Make half of your meals a fruit or vegetable. Fruits and vegetables are two of the most important food groups. These foods contain the highest amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.[13]
High amounts of fruits and vegetables in the diet have been associated with a variety of beneficial affects on your general health including: decreased blood pressure, better management of blood sugar and diabetes, decreased risk of stroke and heart disease, prevent some types of cancers and decrease risk of blindness.[14]
Another thing to note about fruits and vegetables is that each color of vegetable or fruit contains different types of beneficial nutrients. In addition to eating adequate servings each day, make sure to choose a variety of different colors of items.

5
Make your grain choices whole grain. Whole grain foods have been associated with a variety of beneficial health effects to help promote a general healthy body. Try making more of your grain choices whole.
Refined grains, or those that are more processed and not whole do not have as many nutritional benefits compared to whole grains. They're typically lower in fiber, protein and other beneficial nutrients.[16]
Whole grains to try include: 100% whole wheat pasta and bread, brown rice, whole grain oats, farro, millet, quinoa and barley.
Although all your grain choices may not be whole grains, health experts recommend trying to make at least 1/2 of them 100% whole grain. Some of the health benefits associated with whole grains include: increased fiber and other beneficial nutrients, reduced risk of heart disease diabetes and some cancers.[17]
6
Limit junk foods and processed foods. Although there is a wide range of processed foods (including both nutritious and unhealthy options), many are higher in calories, fat, sugar and preservatives.[18]
Most health experts recommend limiting processed foods or junk foods or eating them in moderation. Although they may not be the most nutritious choice, the occasional treat is appropriate.
Choose wisely when you're eating more indulgent items. Foods like chips, crackers, sweetened beverages, frozen meals, fast food, pastries or sweets shouldn't be a daily occurrence.
There are plenty of foods that are still considered very healthy and nutritious yet are still considered "processed." These are OK to eat on a regular basis. Some items include: canned vegetables, frozen vegetables and fruit, pre washed lettuce and salad greens, and dairy products.[19]
